As Head of Product Design, you are the architect of that simplicity. You will lead a team of four designers to define the next generation of Unified Commerce. Your mission is to elevate our design craft while pioneering a new standard for operational efficiency through AI and automation. You will lead, mentor, and grow a dedicated team of four product designers. Reporting directly to the CPO, you will act as the strategic bridge between product vision and engineering execution. You’ll spend your days collaborating with cross-functional leads to ensure that as we scale globally, our product remains intuitive, powerful, and helpful for the people who use it every day. What you’ll bring to the table We value deep expertise over industry buzzwords. Whether your background is in Retail, Fintech, or complex Enterprise SaaS, your ability to drive quality through modern tools is what matters. Pragmatic Design Leadership: You have a proven track record of managing design teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You know how to balance "perfect" design with "done" design. Automation Mindset: You are an expert in modern design ops. You don't just use tools; you build systems that leverage AI to remove friction and amplify the team's creative effect. Systems Thinking: The ability to simplify complex retail logic into elegant, scalable UI patterns. You can explain a sophisticated architectural change in plain English, and you expect the same from your team. What you'll do A Unified Design Language: Move our design system from a library of components to a high-velocity engine that ensures a cohesive experience across every merchant touchpoint. AI-Augmented Workflows: Transition the team into a "new way of working," leveraging the latest AI tools to automate the routine, allowing your team to focus on high-impact retail innovation. Measurable Quality: Implement a pragmatic QA and design-process framework that has tangibly increased the speed and precision of our product releases.
