Head of Product Management- (JOB RM)

Salary: 100K–120K

Set up: Permanent Remote / Work from home

Schedule: Mid/Night shift (M-F)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years' experience
• Proven track record of success in product management roles, preferably within the transportation, mobility, or technology sectors.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics, anticipate industry trends, and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and user research techniques to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in product management fundamentals, including prioritization, roadmapping, and agile methodology.
• Deep empathy for customers and a relentless focus on delivering value and enhancing the end-user experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Additional certifications in product management or relevant domains are a plus.
