We are hiring a full-time Recruiter / BDM to help us build high-performing teams across multiple industries while also attracting new businesses to our services.

This is a long-term remote opportunity with a growing international company. We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, driven, and confident — someone who enjoys speaking with people and identifying strong talent and business opportunities.

About The Role

This is NOT just a resume screening position.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement, while also supporting business development efforts. You’ll work closely with leadership and play a direct role in company growth.

You will recruit across multiple industries — no repetitive hiring and no boring desk work.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

* Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms

* Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates

* Screen and interview applicants

* Shortlist high-quality candidates

* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

* Manage the recruitment process through to successful placement

* Build and maintain talent pipelines

* Improve recruitment systems and processes

Business Development:

* Identify potential business opportunities

* Conduct outreach to new prospects

* Book qualified discovery calls

* Support leadership in converting new clients

KPIs (Performance Metrics)

Recruitment KPIs

* 3–5 qualified candidate shortlists per active role

* 1–3 successful placements per month (depending on role type)

* 48-hour turnaround from role briefing to first shortlist

* Minimum 10–15 qualified candidate interviews per week

* Maintain strong candidate experience and communication standards

BDM KPIs

* 50–150 outbound outreach messages per day

* 5–10 qualified discovery calls booked per week

* Consistent pipeline growth month-on-month

KPIs may adjust depending on hiring volume and business needs.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous recruitment / talent acquisition experience preferred

* BDM or sales experience highly regarded

* Strong written and spoken English

* Confident communicating with international clients and candidates

* Highly organised and detail-oriented

* Proactive and self-managed

* Comfortable working fully remote

* Fast learner able to recruit across different industries

* Willing to attend paid Training & Development in Manila (as soon as this week)

Mindset, ownership, and work ethic matter more than years of experience.
