Fully Remote (US preferred) / Full-time / Reports to CEO
About TWINii
AI is making everyone instantly available, but not necessarily trustworthy.
TWINii is building the trusted layer for expert-led AI. We help experts scale their knowledge, voice and judgement through AI versions of themselves that are trained on their work, shaped by their thinking, and owned by them.
Built by experts, powered by AI.
We believe the next phase of the internet shifts from search to conversation. People increasingly want answers, guidance and reassurance from experts they already trust, not generic feeds or anonymous AI outputs. TWINii enables that at scale.
Each TWINii is built and managed only by its real-world expert, with clear consent, control and boundaries around what it can and cannot say. Trust is the moat. Verification, ownership and authenticity matter deeply to us.
We are early. The product is real, the thesis is sharp, and the market is moving fast. There is huge room for someone to shape the role and grow with us.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to help define and build the partnership layer around TWINii.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are not looking for someone running outbound pipelines or chasing transactional deals. We are looking for someone who understands ecosystems, distribution, leverage and long-term strategic value.
You Will Work Directly With The CEO And Founding Team To Identify, Structure And Grow The Relationships That Make TWINii Stronger As a Platform. That Could Mean
- Bringing high-leverage expert networks onto the platform
- Forming partnerships with creator management groups
- Building relationships with distribution and social platforms
- Developing commerce and technology integrations
- Shaping strategic collaborations with brands, agencies and media companies
- Helping TWINii become embedded wherever trusted expertise already lives
One week you may be structuring a creator-network partnership. The next you may be working with product on how a platform integration should function. The next you may be in conversations with a commerce partner, AI infrastructure company, or media business exploring how TWINii becomes part of their ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, product thinking and category-building.
What You Will Own
Strategic ecosystem partnerships - Identify, develop and close the partnerships that accelerate TWINii's growth, credibility and defensibility. This includes creator networks, talent management companies, expert communities, platforms, media businesses and strategic ecosystem partners.
End-to-end partnership ownership - Own the full partnership lifecycle from first conversation to signed deal and long-term growth. You will source opportunities, build relationships, structure partnerships, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure successful execution after launch.
Partnership frameworks and playbooks - Create repeatable structures for how TWINii evaluates, negotiates and grows partnerships over time.
Strategic market intelligence - Stay close to shifts in AI, creator economy, commerce and platform behaviour. Bring insight back into product and company strategy.
Building the partnerships function - Help shape and build the partnerships organisation as TWINii grows. Over time, this role should evolve from an individual strategic operator into building and leading a high-performing partnerships team and function.
Where the Role Grows
This role is designed to grow with the company. In the early stage, success looks like securing the right foundational partnerships and helping TWINii establish credibility in the market.
Over time, the remit is expected to expand into platform partnerships, international expansion, strategic alliances, enterprise relationships, ecosystem development, and broader category-level business development.
As TWINii scales, this person will also play a key role in building and leading the partnerships function, hiring and developing a high-performing team around them. The person who succeeds in this role has the opportunity to become one of the key commercial leaders inside TWINii.
Who You Are
You have built strategic partnerships in high-growth environments where relationships, distribution and ecosystem positioning genuinely mattered. You may come from creator economy platforms, media, entertainment, marketplaces, SaaS, talent management, affiliate commerce or other platform businesses.
You think beyond transactional deals. You understand how partnerships compound over time and how the right relationships can shape market position, distribution and defensibility. You are commercially sharp, strategically minded, and able to see long-term leverage where others see short-term wins.
You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and startup pace. You can move from high-level strategy into execution quickly, build momentum without heavy structure, and drive opportunities forward independently. You are proactive, resourceful and trusted to own important conversations from start to finish.
You are credible with senior stakeholders and confident in rooms with founders, executives, talent managers and strategic partners. Most importantly, you understand the importance of trust, authenticity and creator relationships in the AI era. That matters deeply at TWINii.
Why This Role
This is a foundational hire on the commercial side of TWINii. You will work closely with the CEO and have direct line of sight to the strategy of the company. You will help shape the role as it grows.
If you want a defined ladder and a 9 to 5, this is not it. If you want to build something real with smart people and own a piece of it, read on.
There will not always be a playbook. You will make calls before you have perfect data. Some weeks will feel like building the plane in mid-air. The people who thrive here like that part.
How to Apply
Fully remote and open to candidates globally, though we have a strong preference for someone based in the US given our launch focus, partnership strategy and growing expert network there.
