Team mission The Strategy & Corporate Development team’s mission is to support the creation and execution of innovative strategies that will help GetYourGuide harness its competitive advantage. We have a seat at the table and are able to navigate between big picture views and an analytical mindset to enable our Management team to make optimal decisions to achieve our company's mission. We are hiring a Head of Strategic Programs (Supply) to lead strategic programs, align strategy development and execution between the Supply function and other teams, and boost our organizational effectiveness. This role will be part of the central Strategy Team, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development, and closely collaborate with our COO and Supply leadership team. Your mission Support the development of our growth strategy and strategic roadmaps across Supply identifying strategic opportunities, incompletions, and supporting the Supply leadership to drive alignment across stakeholders. Conduct and synthesize in-depth strategic analysis and gather market/competitor insights focusing on Supply. Lead strategic programs e.g. to enhance operational excellence and process efficiency. Oversee Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Roadmaps and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes for the Supply department. Organize and manage all high-impact internal and external meetings for the COO. Develop strategic content including presentations and communications with investors and stakeholders. Enhance information flow across the department, connect the dots with key stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness. Your toolkit 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including top tier consulting followed by operational roles in tech companies Proven ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with Executive and Board-level stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strategic thinking and ability to uplevel complex topics conceptually Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly attentive, proactive, and detail-oriented. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English is essential; fluency in German is a plus.
