Triptych Ventures is a US-based consumer products company that designs, sources, and sells branded office, school, and organizational products throughout North America. Our brands, Dunwell (https://amazon.com/dunwell) and Cranbury (https://amazon.com/cranbury), are sold primarily through Amazon US, with Walmart launching as our second major marketplace in 2026.
Today we manage hundreds of SKUs across multiple product categories through an established network of manufacturing partners in Vietnam and China, supplying millions of units annually to Amazon fulfillment centers across the United States.
Although we operate with the speed and focus of an entrepreneurial company, we manage a sophisticated international supply chain with meaningful purchasing volume, long-term supplier relationships, and significant opportunities for expansion.
We are hiring our first Asia-based Head of Supply Chain.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Few supply chain leadership roles in Vietnam combine this level of ownership, international scope, and direct executive access. This one does.
Instead of managing one factory, one category, or one portion of a regional supply chain, you will own the complete sourcing and supply chain operation across Vietnam and China.
You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for supplier strategy, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, inventory planning, and landed cost performance across the business.
Initially, you will operate as an individual contributor with broad decision-making authority. As the business grows, you will build and lead your own regional supply chain organization.
This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys building systems, solving complex operational problems, and making commercial decisions that directly improve company profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supplier Strategy & Manufacturing
• Manage strategic sourcing across Vietnam and China
• Develop and expand our manufacturing network while strengthening existing supplier relationships
• Lead supplier qualification, audits, performance reviews, and negotiations
• Conduct approximately monthly factory visits in Vietnam and quarterly travel to China
• Deep familiarity with the manufacturing corridors around Bình Dương, Đồng Nai, and Long An in Vietnam and comparable Chinese export hubs is expected
Supply Planning
• Own demand planning, purchasing strategy, inventory targets, and production scheduling
• Balance inventory investment, service levels, lead times, and working capital
• Develop sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and geopolitical risk across both countries
Procurement
• Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle
• Negotiate commercial terms, monitor production schedules, resolve supplier issues, and ensure on-time delivery
Logistics & Trade
• Manage international freight, customs, and inbound transportation into Amazon FBA and Walmart fulfillment networks
• Oversee freight forwarder relationships and optimize landed costs
• Ensure compliance with US import regulations, including IEEPA and Section 301 tariff exposure, and customs documentation
Cost Management
• Own landed product cost across the business
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier pricing, logistics efficiency, inventory turns, and gross margin
• Present quarterly supply chain performance and cost initiatives directly to the CEO
Process Development
• Build scalable operating procedures, reporting, planning tools, and performance metrics that support future growth
