About the Role

This is a long-term international career opportunity for someone who wants not only to work within an international organisation, but to build and grow their own area of responsibility within it.

Premium Property Agents has entered a new stage of organisational maturity. As our international team and operations continue to grow, we are establishing a Training & Operational Standards Department to ensure consistent professional and operational standards across all PPA markets.

We are looking for the first leader of this department.

The position is offered on an Independent Contractor basis and can be performed remotely, regardless of your location.

What You Will Build

You will initially immerse yourself in the PPA operating model, training system, CRM and day-to-day operational processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

* training and onboarding new PPA agents;

* ensuring consistent operational standards across the organisation;

* training agents in the use of our CRM and other PPA systems;

* continuously developing the training programme and methodology;

* coordinating the agent certification process;

* preparing future Team Leaders (Mentors);

* working directly with the CEO to build and develop the Training & Operational Standards Department.

Long-Term Perspective

This role is not designed for someone to remain the department’s sole training provider.

The objective is to build an international department.

As PPA grows, so will your responsibilities: your team, international scope, processes and department development budget.

Over time, you will have the opportunity to build a team of training specialists, develop Regional Training Leaders, participate in planning and allocating the department’s budget, and ensure consistent PPA standards across different markets.

Who We Are Looking For

* Proven experience in real estate.

* Excellent training and knowledge-transfer skills.

* Ability to communicate complex information clearly and systematically.

* Strong IT literacy and the ability to quickly master new systems.

* Willingness to become an expert in the PPA CRM and teach others to use it effectively.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Independence and a high level of personal responsibility.

* Strong command of English.

Experience in coaching, training, sales or team development would be a strong advantage.

The PPA Principle

All PPA partners begin with the same integration system. Therefore, the selected candidate will first complete the PPA training programme and gain practical knowledge of our operating model, CRM, systems and standards.

A leader must first master what they will later teach others.

Independent Contractor.

The position includes a long-term, performance-based incentive structure and a growing department development budget. Specific financial terms will be discussed during the selection process.
