About the role As an integral member of the IAG Cargo Strategy and Transformation Office, you will be responsible for managing fundamental change from inception into delivery. Using a business partnering model to transform the way IAG Cargo operates, as the Head of Transformation, you will be embedded within senior leadership teams across the business to drive change that delivers for our colleagues and customers. You will provide key oversight, challenge and strategic direction to a wide range of senior internal and external stakeholders as well as the wider Transformation team. What you’ll do Achieve trusted business partnering with IAG Cargo Executive Team (CET) members and their senior leadership teams - collaborating and challenging as a valued partner, building solid and trusted relationships. Responsible for translating strategy into execution, influencing and supporting teams to structure and mobilise their initiatives, ensuring continuous alignment with IAG cargo strategy and the intended objective Identify and demonstrate the need for innovative changes that will transform the IAG Cargo and deliver the required senior stakeholder buy in for implementation. Accountable for the transformation agenda across directorates, ensuring that all transformation programmes meet with the fundamental change pillars and values endorsed by IAG Cargo CET. Demonstrate an agile approach to transformation with a deep understanding of each area within the business and an ability to provide transformational solutions to current working practices. Understand and articulate evolving business needs impacting IAG Cargo to drive innovation, industry benchmarking analysis, risk analysis, business case development and approvals. Drive faster execution of plans which will deliver higher efficiency and better utilisation of assets, better business performance with accountability for realising tangible improvements to agreed KPIs. Foster an efficient and high-performance continuous improvement mindset across the business. Act as the central link between departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring effective delivery of change across the organisation. Maintain knowledge of best in practice innovation, technology, processes and culture that can be identified and exploited to benefit IAG Cargo customers and colleagues.
