Recipharm is seeking a skilled Head of Treasury to oversee various aspects of its organization's treasury function. As Head of Treasury, you will be responsible for optimizing the company's cashflows, liquidity and debt and risk management. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient capital allocation, covenant compliance and implementing best treasury practices and optimizing the capital structure for exit.

Main tasks and areas of responsibility
- Oversee and manage the company’s liquidity structure and levels to support the organization's operational and strategic objectives.
- Oversee and manage the company’s internal and external debt portfolio (banks, lenders, factoring etc) including in relation to covenants and reporting requirements.
- Oversee the management of the Group Factoring program.
- Manage the Group Cashflow forecasting process, using both Direct (including 13-week cashflow) and Indirect cashflow methods.
- Own the stakeholder reporting of key liquidity measures and performance.
- Develop and implement financial risk mitigation strategies and related policies and procedure (covering Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate and counterparty risks).
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA) would be a plus
- Proven experience (10-15+ years) in treasury management, corporate finance or banking
- Strong knowledge of cash management and financial instruments and proficiency in financial modelling
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, ideally with in a PE- backed environment or investment banking
