Company Description HUNT is a boutique executive search firm that specializes in connecting top tier candidates to major businesses and international organizations in Mongolia, with wealth of experience in dealing with complexity of executive hiring and managing decision makers on both ends.

Role Description This is a full-time Headhunter role based in Ulaanbaatar with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Headhunter will proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates using online platforms, networking, referrals, and market research. Daily tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and presenting shortlisted profiles to client organizations. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and providing consultative advice on hiring strategies. The Headhunter will also update the applicant tracking system, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong candidate sourcing and research skills, including use of online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Experience in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for diverse roles and levels.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, with the ability to understand hiring needs and provide consultative guidance.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage candidates and support offer and acceptance processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools and basic data reporting on recruitment activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in local language and working proficiency in English to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
