Health Care Compliance Specialist -Senior Skicka ansökan Health Care Compliance Specialist – Consulting Assignment within Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Compliance We at WeQuel are now looking for a Health Care Compliance Specialist in Helsingborg where you become an important part of the Enterprise Wide Compliance organization, with a focus on managing Health Care Compliance program transactions. You will support planning, training, assessments, testing and other varied HCC functions, while also maintaining existing programs and implementing activities related to Management Action Plans. Your tasks: Organizing and implementing training, including certification and attendance record management Assisting in HCC reviews and approvals Data collection, analysis and reporting Supporting new procedure harmonization and implementation Assisting in software support for HCC systems Harmonizing, preparing, updating and implementing HCC written policies and procedures Acting as first line of communication to the business for local requests and documentation Supporting implementation of regional/global strategies at regional, local and sector level based on local needs and regulatory environment Supporting Country/Cluster strategy implementation aligned with business needs and the Office of Compliance Supporting education, training and communication on HCC to covered employees (sales, marketing, finance, HR, managers, supply chain, directors) Supporting self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect gaps and inconsistencies Supporting implementation of local testing & monitoring plans Assisting in coordinating preparations for Corporate Internal Audits Assisting in implementing and following up on Management Action Plans (CAPA) Reporting unplanned deviations and supporting management of day-to-day inquiries, allegations and investigations Implementing escalation processes for serious allegations Collecting and providing metrics to the HCC Officer and Operations group Representing HCC in Country Value Teams/marketing planning meetings Developing and delivering compliance training programs and employee education initiatives Liaising with the legal department and external advisors Leading HCC projects and participating in regional or cross-sector projects Improving working methods Partnering with the Global/Regional Operations team to implement business-specific policies and SOPs, customize training materials, implement IM systems for compliance reporting, deploy monitoring policies, execute testing & monitoring programs, and ensure internal/external reporting requirements are met You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your area forward while collaborating across multiple interfaces including Legal, Medical Affairs, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing and other functions within the organization. Requirements: 7–10 years of experience in Healthcare Compliance, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management, or related functions Strong knowledge of Healthcare Compliance requirements within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Consumer Health industries English (fluent), reading Experience with Healthcare Compliance systems and compliance-related software (good to have) Hands-on experience with compliance monitoring, risk assessments, testing programs, audits, and Management Action Plans (CAPA) Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including data collection, analysis, compliance metrics, and trend reporting Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Legal, Medical Affairs, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing and other functions Project management experience, including leading regional or cross-functional compliance initiatives (good to have) Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs (good to have) Experience designing and delivering compliance training programs and employee education initiatives (good to have) Experience supporting investigations, managing compliance inquiries, allegations, deviations, and escalation processes (good to have) Self-starter with a proven track record of delivering results Ability to manage complexity and conflicts in an open, constructive manner Strong influencing skills and strategic/tactical thinking Assignment details Location: Helsingborg Start date: 2026-09-01 End date: 2027-03-31 Workload: 100% Remote: Hybrid We offer: At WeQuel, you become part of a consulting team that values people first – we believe success is built through engagement, collaboration and development.
