JOB OPENING Title: Operations Manager for Health Care Services Location: 2 Days/ week required to work out of HQ in Sinsheim: remote work authorized for the remaining days: frequent site visits required within Germany Start Date: August 2026 Job-Type: 40 hrs/ week JOB OVERVIEW Managed French Consulting’s healthcare-related projects as directed by the company's senior leadership. Monitor health care contracts, ensuring all deliverables are met. This can include, but is not limited to, recruiting, hiring, relocation assistance, onboarding, and management of personnel through the life of the contract. Plan, direct, or coordinate health services provided by French Consulting or sub-contractor personnel in hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, military health agencies, or similar organizations as directed by the appropriate Contract Officer Representative or other customer authority. QUALIFICATIONS Project Management experience in business and management principles involved in resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources. Preferably in a health care setting. Human Resource knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and personnel information systems. Must be able to engage directly with employees, customers, and company staff to ensure issues are dealt with respectfully and firmly. Solid level knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite of database programs, including (but not limited to): Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Fluent in the English language, with a high level of oral and written communication skills. Experience with U.S. military organizations and installations is desired but not required. Must be extremely organized and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision. At least three years of experience in a medical/healthcare-related background. Knowledge of U.S Government Contracting is desired but not required.
