Job Description Deine Hauptaufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für alle Health, Safety & Wellbeing Themen am Standort Biebesheim Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen sowie interner HSE-Standards Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung der Zero-Harm-Strategie Durchführung von Audits, Risikoanalysen und Maßnahmenplänen Analyse von Vorfällen und Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (Root Cause) Planung und Durchführung von Trainings sowie Aufbau von Sicherheitskompetenzen im Team Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Werksleitung und operativen Teams Förderung einer starken Sicherheitskultur durch Initiativen, Workshops und Mitarbeiterbeteiligung Deine Skills & Erfahrung Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Health & Safety im Plant/ Service-Center Umfeld Fundierte Kenntnisse in Arbeitsschutzgesetzen und HSE-Management-Systemen und Dokumentationspflichten Erfahrung mit relevanten Standards (z. B.
