Healthcare Custmomer Service Representative (Specialist II) Location: 100% Remote Employment Type: Contract (5 Months) About the Opportunity We are seeking a Healthcare CSR to support a growing HR Shared Services organization. In this role, you will help deliver an exceptional employee experience by partnering with teammates and leaders to resolve complex HR-related inquiries. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, HR support, HR operations, or shared services environments who enjoy problem-solving and working across multiple systems and teams. Key Responsibilities Advanced Employee Support Respond to and resolve escalated employee and leadership inquiries. Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution. Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders through exceptional service. Complex Case Management Investigate and resolve issues related to benefits, compensation, talent management, and other HR topics. Exercise sound judgment and discretion while handling sensitive employee information. Manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Coaching & Knowledge Sharing Serve as a resource for Tier 1 team members. Assist with training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer activities. Review work for accuracy and consistency when needed. Systems & Process Support Utilize HRIS and case management platforms to research, document, and manage employee requests. Leverage internal knowledge bases and technology tools to support issue resolution. Maintain accurate records and case documentation. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience. Support optimization of self-service resources and technology solutions. Contribute ideas that drive operational efficiency and service excellence. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in customer service, HR support, HR operations, or HR shared services. Experience using HRIS platforms and case management systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket/case management systems. Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting peers.
