Role Profile & Focus

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter to join our remote talent acquisition team from India working US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. You will drive full-lifecycle recruitment to place high-demand medical professionals across the US, including:

• Physicians & Doctors (MD/DO)
• Physician Assistants (PAs) & Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
• Registered Nurses (RNs) & Travel Nurses
• Clinical Laboratory Technicians
• Diagnostic Imaging Specialists (CT & MRI Scanning Technologists)

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Lifecycle Sourcing & Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals across clinical and diagnostic technical roles.
2. High-Volume Outreach: Execute a minimum of 40 to 50 targeted candidate outreach connections per day to keep candidate flow active.
3. Speed & Efficiency: Maintain rapid time-to-fill turnaround times while meeting strict client SLAs.
4. Licensure & Compliance Screening: Verify US state licensure, Compact Nursing Licenses, certifications (BLS, ACLS, ARRT, ASCP), primary source background checks, and US work authorization status.
5. Labor & Legal Knowledge: Ensure compliance with US labor/employment laws (FLSA, HIPAA, EEOC, state-specific medical board requirements).
6. Market Intelligence & Negotiation: Understand US healthcare staffing metrics, travel pay packages, bill/pay rates, stipends, and regional market trends.
7. ATS Administration: Maintain real-time tracking of candidate interactions, submittals, and compliance documentation in the ATS.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in US healthcare staffing/recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting Physicians, PAs, Nurses, Lab Techs, and Radiology/CT/MRI Technologists.
• Ability to work consistently during US EST hours from a remote setup in India.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English with strong phone persona and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of US medical credentials, licensure processes, and healthcare compliance.
• High degree of self-motivation, target orientation, and problem-solving drive.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
