Job title: RBT & BCBA Recruiter (US Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruiter to manage the recruitment and onboarding of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support the hiring of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The role will manage candidates from initial screening through onboarding while ensuring staffing needs and recruitment targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews.

* Recruit and screen RBT and BCBA candidates.

* Assess candidates against role, availability, scheduling and pay requirements.

* Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment records.

* Manage candidates through the onboarding process, including:

* Background checks

* Offers and contracts

* Relias account setup and training

* Compliance training

* Training and competency scheduling

* Monitor RBT candidates completing the 40-hour certification course and conduct regular follow-ups.

* Coordinate staffing according to business priorities and required schedules.

* Support BCBA recruitment, with a target of approximately 1–2 hires per month.

* Ensure candidate information and recruitment activity is updated daily.

* Work with internal teams to ensure new hires are ready to begin working with clients.

Requirements

* Previous recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioural health, education or a similar environment.

* Strong communication and interviewing skills.

* Highly organised with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment stages simultaneously.

* Professional, reliable and proactive approach.

* Comfortable working with recruitment, applicant tracking and training platforms.

* Experience recruiting RBTs, BCBAs or within ABA/behavioural health is advantageous but not essential.
