CareATC Advantages Fully remote opportunity $55,000–$70,000 base salary plus commissions Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Disability, and Life Insurance Low- or no-cost clinic services and medications for employees and dependents Collaborative, supportive Talent Acquisition team ​ About the Job As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across an assigned portfolio of healthcare positions, supporting hiring needs across our growing national organization. You'll recruit across a variety of roles and skill sets, adapting your approach based on the position, market, and needs of the business. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, screen and engage candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and keep searches moving from requisition launch through accepted offer. We're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple searches in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift. You'll have the support of an experienced Talent Acquisition team while owning your searches, building strong candidate pipelines, and developing trusted relationships with the leaders you support. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment for an assigned portfolio of positions across multiple states Recruit across a range of healthcare roles and skill sets based on organizational hiring needs Source and engage active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, establish recruiting strategies, and keep searches moving forward Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and pre-employment activities Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions Manage requisition and candidate activity in Workday Recruiting , ensuring accurate documentation, timely candidate movement, and strong data integrity Track recruiting activity and use pipeline data to identify trends, barriers, and opportunities Share market insights around candidate availability, compensation, and recruiting challenges Contribute to employer branding, process improvements, and Talent Acquisition initiatives What You'll Bring 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, high-volume, or multi-site recruiting environments Experience recruiting across a range of healthcare roles, including clinical, allied health, and healthcare support positions preferred Experience working in Workday Recruiting strongly preferred , including managing requisitions, candidate stages, and recruiting workflows Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage candidates rather than relying solely on applicants Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate experience skills Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail Comfort learning and recruiting across different types and levels of positions Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred The CareATC Core4 Committed • Optimistic • Reliable • Empathetic Ready to Make an Impact?
