Heating Air Conditioning Design Engineer

We are looking for a Heating Air Conditioning Design Engineer , specializing in HVAC systems, with hands-on experience in the U.S. construction sector. This role calls for a professional comfortable with remote collaboration, offering their expertise in HVAC design and drafting, with proficiency in 3D modeling and design software. IMPORTANT: Advanced proficiency in spoken English is a requirement. A portfolio showcasing previous projects, along with a voice note, will be requested during our screening process. Technical Knowledge & Skills Required: Read and interpret HVAC design drawings and schematics. 2 or more years of experience working with HVAC Design. Draft and calculate detailed plans for plumbing or HVAC systems according to project specifications. Develop 3D models of HVAC systems using industry-standard software. Manage client-provided formats and project deliverables. Understand and apply codes and standards relevant to HVAC design in the U.S. market. Soft Skills Required: Fluent in spoken English (Mandatory). Proficient in HVAC system design and drafting, with an emphasis on plumbing and HVAC systems. Skilled in Thermal load calculation software (Hap 4.9 or superior / Trace 700 or DesignBuilder) Proficient in VRF software from any manufacturer. Experience working with Navisworks for project coordination. Proficient in AutoCAD and Rev Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit and relevant 3D HVAC design software (Mandatory). Knowledge of BIM modeling techniques and software. Familiarity with U.S. building codes and standards for HVAC engineering. Main Tools to Manage: Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel. Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App and Hubstaff Tasks.
