Job Overview We are looking for a Field Technician to work on construction equipment! As a Field Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering great service and support to our customers with their construction equipment. This is your chance to work in a dynamic, safety-first environment where your technical skills and dedication make a direct impact. Key Job Responsibilities Diagnostic and repair experience with heavy equipment (construction equipment such as excavators, bull dozers, trucks, etc.) Ability to participate in major repair, rebuild, or replace engines and other major components Knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, etc. systems Strong computer skills including Microsoft products as well as industry software Ability to read and write the English language Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer support. Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training and meetings to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set. Ability to convey repair details in clear and accurate service notes for assigned work orders Operation of heavy equipment Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $51.38. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
