We are hiring Hebrew Language AI Trainers – Audio to work on cutting-edge Generative AI projects involving raw audio annotation, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) identification, and content risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and annotate raw audio content in Hebrew.
• Identify and classify PII, sensitive information, and privacy-related risks.
• Perform risk assessment and content safety evaluations.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and guideline compliance.
• Apply annotation guidelines consistently and accurately.
• Handle sensitive or policy-related audio content responsibly.
• Manage tasks independently while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
• Escalate ambiguous cases and collaborate with project and quality teams as needed.

Required Language Proficiency

• Proficiency in Hebrew (CEFR C1+ equivalent).
• Excellent listening and spoken language comprehension skills.
• Strong reading comprehension and basic written communication abilities.
• Ability to understand accents, cultural nuances, and contextual meanings conveyed through audio.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• PII identification and privacy annotation
• Audio annotation or audio-based data labeling
• Risk assessment and content safety annotation
• AI/LLM response evaluation
• Named Entity Recognition (NER)
• Content moderation and sensitive content classification
• Generative AI or LLM training data creation
• Policy-based annotation projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in AI/ML data annotation, Gen AI, content moderation, audio annotation, or related domains.
• Prior experience with Large Language Model (LLM) training or evaluation projects is highly preferred.
