1st Line Support Engineer (German Speaking)

Permanent | Remote (UK) | £24,000 - £28,500

TRIA are working with an exciting and growing technology business looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, delivering excellent customer experiences, and developing their IT support career in a fully remote environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing first-line technical support via phone, live chat and messaging channels
• Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating where required
• Supporting customer onboarding and account administration
• Translating customer communications and documentation between German and English
• Delivering a positive, professional customer experience at every interaction

What we're looking for:

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Previous customer service or support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux environments
• Basic networking understanding
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first team
• Experience working within an ISP (Internet Service Provider) environment
