What You’ll be doing: Will be driving HGV Vehicles such as 18t Dust Cast, 7.5t Cage or 12t Scarab depending on business needs for the day/week. Ensure that any spillage of waste is cleared at the time of collection to leave the site litter free When entering premises, comply with any site rules and Health & Safety procedures Comply with all road traffic legislation in relation to your duties including parking restriction, security and weight of loads. The Company operates a zero tolerance on overweight vehicles. At the end of the shift, ensure that the tipper is left empty and that the cab is clean and clear of litter, uniform and personal effects. Helping out loading bins & containers when required. Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook. What we’re looking for: Essential: Full valid driving licence Previous Class 2 experience Fully up to date Driver CPC Qualification Card Valid Tachograph Card Good understanding of basic English Desirable: Waste experience What’s next?
