The Mission for our Salesperson/Closer:

To drive $2.4M new business revenue annually by closing inbound sales calls.

This is a full-time remote role for Closers. You will be responsible for getting on ~30 sales calls/week and selling insider.group to qualified inbound leads.

• At the highest end community members of the coaching program have grown from $0 - $1M/month in under 6 months with individual clients paying them $25k/day

Outcomes/KPIs

• $200,000 in NEW business revenue monthly
• 21 units of our front-end product offer at a $9.8k price point
• Take 4-6 inbound calls per day, 5 days per week. Approx 25-30 per week.
• Have 30 available 45-minute calendar slots available per week
• 25% minimum “live call” closing ratio
• Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
• Morning Huddles, Mon-Fri
• End of Day report
• Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM

The Right Candidate

• You’ve closed $1M+ in high-ticket sales (or can prove elite sales ability if below that volume)
• You’ve likely worked with trainers like Cole Gordon, Bill Walsh, Eli Wilde, Jeremy Miner, Josh Lyons, Matt Ryder, etc
• You view sales as a profession of mastery rather than a 9-5
• You thrive in high performance environments where everyone is pushing and supporting each other's growth

Who This Is Not For

• People with no sales background looking for their first sales role
• Junior sales reps without a proven track record
• Anyone who struggles in high-accountability, performance-driven environments

Compensation

• Front-End Units: 10% - 17% commission depending on performance
• Paid upon CASH collected
• $5,800 - $29,800 per unit
• Additional team bonuses based on certain objectives

Training & Development

• Weekly 1:1 calls with a sales coach
• Weekly group coaching calls with a sales coach
• Training Library

Earnings Example

• 6 Calls per day / 30 wk / 120 month
• 70% Show Rate = 84 live calls/month
• @ 25% close ratio = 21 closes
• $9800 @ 14% commission per unit = $1470 commission per close
• 21 closes x $1470 = $30.9k/m in just commissions (+ bonuses)

Time

• This is a full-time, 30-40 hours/wk position
• You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough calendar space to hit 20+ units sold per month
• Be available to communicate through Slack 8 am-6 pm daily
• This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere
