What You’ll Be Selling
Our primary high-ticket programs include:
💎 Marriage-Intent Matchmaking — $5,000 CAD
Up to five carefully selected and pre-qualified introductions for clients seriously looking for marriage.
💎 VIP Vietnam Matchmaking Experience — $15,000 CAD
Our premium service including extensive candidate vetting, matchmaking support, travel coordination, in-person introductions in Vietnam, translation/support, family meetings when appropriate, and relationship guidance.
We may also have lower-ticket clients who begin with our introductory matchmaking services and later upgrade into one of our premium programs.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll speak with warm and pre-qualified prospects via Zoom or phone who have already expressed interest in international matchmaking.
There is NO mass cold calling.
Your role is to understand:
• Why they are looking for a serious relationship
• Why traditional dating has not worked for them
• What kind of partner they are looking for
• Their relationship and marriage goals
• Their expectations regarding Vietnamese culture and international relationships
• Whether Esty.Love is genuinely the right solution for them
This is consultative selling, not pressure selling.
We want clients who are serious, respectful, financially prepared, and genuinely interested in building a healthy long-term relationship.
Responsibilities
✅ Conduct scheduled Zoom/phone consultations with qualified prospects
✅ Understand each prospect's relationship goals, challenges and motivations
✅ Present the appropriate Esty.Love matchmaking program
✅ Confidently handle objections regarding price, travel, trust, international relationships and the matchmaking process
✅ Follow up consistently with prospects who are interested but not yet ready to enroll
✅ Maintain accurate notes and pipeline information in our CRM
✅ Work closely with the Esty.Love team regarding prospect qualification and client onboarding
✅ Maintain a professional, respectful and ethical sales approach
What We’re Looking For
🔥 2+ years of high-ticket closing experience
🔥 Experience selling $5K–$15K+ offers
🔥 Proven ability to close over Zoom or phone
🔥 Strong consultative selling skills
🔥 Excellent objection-handling ability
🔥 Comfortable discussing relationships, marriage, culture and personal goals
🔥 Strong emotional intelligence
🔥 Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
🔥 Reliable internet, professional Zoom setup and strong follow-up discipline
Experience selling any of the following is a major plus:

💰 COMPENSATION
10% commission on closed sales.
That means:
💵 $5,000 package → $500 commission
💵 $15,000 package → $1,500 commission
Close:
4 × $15K clients/month → $6,000 commission
8 × $15K clients/month → $12,000 commission
10 × $15K clients/month → $15,000 commission
UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS.
Additional performance bonuses may be offered to top-performing closers as our sales volume grows.
