High-Ticket Sales Closer (B2B / Remote)

We build premium, editorial-grade brand architecture for international founders and businesses. Our deal sizes range from $3,000 to $5,000+, and we pride ourselves on delivering instant, high-ticket authority to our clients.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced, hungry, and highly skilled High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our remote team.

Unlike traditional sales roles, you will not be spending your time prospecting or hunting for leads. Our dedicated Lead Generation team handles the cold outreach and provides you with highly qualified, pre-researched lead dossiers. You will be handed the prospect's exact pain points, a website/brand teardown, and the specific pitch angle on a silver platter.


Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls to international business owners and decision-makers using provided lead dossiers.
• Clearly articulate the value of arch.design’s high-ticket branding and digital design services.
• Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the closing process.
• Manage your pipeline of warm and hot leads effectively to ensure consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the Lead Gen team to optimize pitch angles based on real-time feedback.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, cold calling, and closing high-ticket deals.
• Communication: Exceptional spoken English with the ability to speak confidently and authoritatively to international business owners.
• Mindset: Highly resilient, outcome-driven, and comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment. You back your own skills.
• Tools: Must have access to your own standard calling tools, softphones, or dialers (e.g., WhatsApp Desktop, Skype, etc.) and a quiet remote workspace.
  
  

Compensation & Offer Structure

• High Earning Potential: 10% to 15% commission per closed deal. (With deal sizes of $3k–$5k, a single close yields a substantial payout).
• Zero Prospecting: 100% of your leads, research, and contact data are provided internally.
• Flexibility: Outcome-based scheduling. No rigid 9-to-5 clock-ins—you manage your time as long as you deliver results.
• Evaluation: The role begins with a 14-day evaluation period to test the live pipeline and ensure mutual fit. Commissions are legally secured and paid out from Day 1 on any deals closed during this period.
  

Note: This is a strictly 100% commission-based role. There is no base salary, and we do not cover upfront software/dialer subscription costs.
