We are doing three types of projects :

A. Transcription : Audio to Text

B. Audio Recording : Create Call center scenario and record Audio in the Dutch & English languages . After Recording the requirement is to also do Transcription

C. Translation Dutch <> English evaluation

Nature of Role : Free lancing and based on the project needs.

Role Description

This is a remote, freelancing contract-based position for Transcription, Translation French Call center experienced specialist for large language model (LLM) annotation work .Responsibilities include improving the Call center scripts and creating the Audio based on the scripts. Scripts need to align with the generated Audio. The role may also involve developing linguistic guidelines and maintaining data quality throughout the annotation process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Call center with Dutch and English.
• Experience in transcription and annotation
• Strong attention to detail, language accuracy, and quality control
• Previous work with AI/data annotation tools is advantageous
• Effective communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree
