Job Description Summary: The SAP Datasphere Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering robust, scalable analytical solutions by leveraging SAP Datasphere to transform business requirements into high-performance data architectures. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data solutions across diverse SAP environments. The specialist will be instrumental in driving data integration, governance, and analytics initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow from source systems to analytical outputs. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, the role supports strategic business objectives through advanced data modeling, visualization, and migration projects, while maintaining optimal system performance and scalability across PAN INDIA. Location: PAN INDIA Mode of Work: Hybrid Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development and delivery of analytical products using SAP Datasphere Design and implement scalable data solutions by translating business requirements into technical architecture and data models Manage source system integration and federation using DP Agent, remote tables, data extraction, and delta handling mechanisms Develop and optimize data solutions using Data Builder (Graphical & SQL Views, Data Flows, Replication Flows), Business Builder, Analytical Models, and BW Bridge Perform space management, system administration, and configuration tasks within SAP Datasphere Write, debug, and optimize SQL programs for efficient data processing and analytics Collaborate closely with functional teams across SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, PP, PM, etc.) to align data solutions with business needs Utilize SAP BDC for data migration and automation of repetitive tasks Support SAP BI migration and upgrade projects to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption Create and enhance SAC stories using canvas, responsive layouts, grid views, Smart Discovery, advanced story design, data blending, formulas, cross calculations, input controls, and linked analysis Design and implement effective visualizations using charts, tables, maps, and other interactive elements Apply knowledge of HANA WebIDE and its underlying architecture to support development and deployment activities Requirements 4-9 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to SAP Datasphere and related technologies Proven experience in end-to-end analytical solution delivery using SAP Datasphere Strong understanding of data modeling, integration patterns, and data federation strategies Hands-on expertise in Data Builder, Business Builder, Analytical Models, BW Bridge, and SAC visualization tools Proficient in SQL programming and performance tuning for large-scale data processing Experience with SAP BDC for data migration and process automation Familiarity with SAP BI migration and upgrade projects In-depth knowledge of HANA WebIDE and its role in SAP Datasphere development Ability to work across geographies and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and delivery timelines Willingness to travel across PAN INDIA as required for project engagements
