We are looking for a dynamic HOA Community Site Inspector to work remotely full time. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HOA Community Site Inspector to join our team! This is a full-time, non-exempt, remote position based in San Ramon, CA, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. How you will make an impact: Drive to 3-5 HOA communities per day to conduct visual site inspections in the East Bay and surrounding areas. Site inspections include looking for health and safety issues, maintenance issues, homeowner violations of the community rules, follow up on previous violations, etc. Some inspections are completed using a technology platform via a tablet so the ideal candidate must have some tablet/technology experience.
