Number of Openings: 1 Hiring Priority: Immediate Are you a detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for production artwork and creating visually impactful designs? We're looking for a Home-Based Product Designer to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support our client by creating production-ready artwork, vectorizing logos, designing product mockups, and preparing customer proofs from concept through final production. You will work closely with sales teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure artwork meets branding standards, production specifications, and delivery timelines. Your technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail will play a key role in producing high-quality promotional products and ensuring a seamless production process. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Creative & Production-Focused: Demonstrates a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, production artwork expertise, and the ability to produce high-quality designs across multiple mediums. Detail-Oriented: Maintains exceptional accuracy when preparing production files, vector artwork, mockups, and print-ready designs while ensuring brand consistency. Collaborative Communicator: Works effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams while confidently giving and receiving constructive feedback. Organized & Deadline-Driven: Successfully manages multiple projects, prioritizes competing deadlines, and delivers high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Technically Proficient: Possesses advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, production workflows, file preparation, and print production best practices. WHAT YOU WILL DO Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use Full Production-level process Involves going into the vendor’s site and preparing artwork layouts that account for proper sizing and imprint methods, ensuring they are ready for production. Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations. Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof. Sending proof to customers for review and approval. Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays. Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions. Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign. Technically savvy and have a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management. Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines. A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your ability to deliver visually impactful designs.
