Number of Openings: 1 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring We are looking for a Home-Based Production Coordinator to join a growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will oversee and manage day-to-day purchasing, production, and operational activities while monitoring orders to ensure projects remain aligned with delivery schedules. You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, clients, and internal teams to coordinate order details, resolve issues, track shipments, and provide timely updates throughout the production and fulfillment process. Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy across purchase orders, artwork files, order documentation, shipping details, and production records. ​ WHAT YOU WILL DO Critical engagement with decorating partners Supplier Communication: Issue purchase orders (POs) and maintain daily contact with decoration partners, overseas/domestic factories, and promo suppliers (ASI/PPAI network). Proof & Sample Approvals: Review and sign off on artwork proofs, pre-production samples, color lab dips (PMS matching), and blank specs prior to mass production. Timeline Tracking: Create and manage production schedules to ensure all key milestones (artwork approval, blank sourcing, decorating, kitting, and shipping) stay on track. Quality Control & Inventor Quality Assurance: Inspect pre-production proofs for print quality, embroidery density, placement accuracy, and color correctness. Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve production delays, misprints, damaged goods, or vendor billing discrepancies. . Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination Shipping & Freight: Coordinate domestic freight and international shipping/customs paperwork with our internal logistics department; track shipments to ensure on-time client deliver WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: 2–4 years of production coordination or account management experience in promotional products, print production, custom apparel, branded merchandise, or a comparable e-commerce environment. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Direct experience in the promotional products industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. Experience researching promotional products, placing orders, and following up with suppliers. Familiarity with decoration techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, pad printing, laser engraving, and garment embellishments. Proficiency with ERP/order management systems such as NetSuite, project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com, and Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage 20+ active production jobs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills for supplier negotiations, customer updates, and internal team handoffs. Familiarity with promotional industry search engines and networks such as ASI, PPAI, and SAGE is preferred . Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva, including the ability to inspect vector artwork files, is preferred . Experience handling custom import or overseas manufacturing schedules is preferred .
