Join us in our mission to transform healthcare through data innovation!
LynxCare is a RWD and healthcare technology scale-up company on a mission to transform global healthcare through the power of clinical data. We broker life science companies and their evidence needs with healthcare partners turning electronic health records (EHR) into meaningful clinical insights, powered by our clinical natural language processing technology. We operate a federated hospital network that securely connects institutions across Europe while upholding strict data privacy and governance standards, all built on a quality-first approach and validated, high-quality medical data.
To support our growing hospital network, we're hiring a full-time Hospital Network & Partnership Manager for Germany and/or Spain to help run and expand our hospital partnerships and projects.
What You’ll Do
As Hospital Network Manager, you operate in the intersection of business development, account management, and project execution. You will be managing the partnership between LynxCare and its hospital/healthcare partners. Primary focus is Germany and/or Spain, national and occasional European travel is required.
Support live projects
· Partner closely with LynxCare's RWD Project Managers on specific milestone deliveries
· Help recruit and onboard the right hospitals for each study, and keep Clinicians/Key Experts, Data & IT, and Legal/DPO stakeholders engaged and aligned throughout the project.
· Act as the facilitation point between hospital-side and LynxCare-side IT, Data, and Legal/DPO teams to keep projects on track for timeline and budget
Grow & strengthen existing partnerships
· Own and grow relationships with hospitals already in the LynxCare network, acting as the main point of contact across Clinicians/Key Experts, Data & IT, and Legal/DPO
· Proactively inform and use project insights and progress to develop the account, identify friction points in current ways of working, scientific, technical, or governance-related, and coordinate and influence internally and externally to resolve them.
· Track and improve hospital satisfaction and loyalty, turning one-off collaborations into long-term partnerships
· Influence and effectively use judgement to manage the balance between expectations and what is possible
Grow the network & partnerships
· Identify, approach, and engage new hospitals and academic centers as potential LynxCare network partners
· Drive and impact the LynxCare value proposition to hospital Clinicians/Key Experts, Data & IT, and Legal/DPO stakeholders, showing the win for patients, sponsors, and the hospital/academic institution itself
· Drive contracts to signature by coordinating between hospital-side Legal/DPO and Data & IT teams and LynxCare's internal Legal/DPO and IT/Data counterparts, identifying blockers early and actively pushing resolution
