Hospitality Technology & Operations Coordinator

Club Miracle is an international vacation-rental company headquartered in Hong Kong, with an operational office in Phuket and partners in Greece.

We combine hospitality expertise with our own technology platform, Miracle Manager, which connects reservations, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, accounting and property-owner reporting.

As we prepare our expansion in France for the 2027 season, we are looking for our first France-based team member.

Your mission

Use technology and operational data to help our teams deliver excellent service to guests and property owners.

You will monitor activity through Miracle Manager, coordinate with international teams and turn information into practical action and improvements.

Main responsibilities

• Review daily operational activity.
• Identify delays, missing information and unusual results.
• Follow up with employees and managers until actions are completed.
• Monitor schedules, attendance and completed work.
• Prepare performance reports for management and property owners.
• Support Accounting and contribute ideas to improve Miracle Manager.

Your profile

• Interested in both hospitality and technology.
• Comfortable with software, reports and operational data.
• Practical, analytical and solution-oriented.
• Confident communicating and following up with different teams.
• Able to work independently in French and English.

Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, operations or accounting is an advantage.

Working arrangements

• Based near Lège-Cap-Ferret or Andernos-les-Bains.
• One day per week in our Lège-Cap-Ferret office.
• Remote work for the rest of the week.
• Opportunity to visit and work with our Phuket office.

This is a varied international role with the opportunity to help build our French operations while contributing to the development of our hospitality technology.
