Host Home Provider-Person Specific IDD Adult

We are looking for a contracted provider for a member in services who requires a highly supportive and structured living environment. He is non-verbal and experiences significant behavioral challenges, which will require a provider with strong experience, patience, and a consistent approach to care. We are looking for a host home provider who can offer: A safe, stable, and understanding home environment Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism The ability to manage extreme behaviors with compassion and appropriate intervention strategies Collaboration with his care team to ensure continuity of supports and services This gentleman will benefit from a provider who is committed to building trust, maintaining routines, and creating an environment where he can thrive despite his challenges.
