Hotel Customer Support Coordinator – Remote

Position Overview We are seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to assist clients with hotel and resort planning, reservation support, and accommodation-related questions. The Hotel Customer Support Coordinator helps clients research suitable properties, review available options, organize reservation details, and navigate the planning process from initial inquiry through confirmed arrangements. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, researching destinations and accommodations, and providing helpful, personalized service. Training and access to online booking resources are provided. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with hotel and resort research based on their preferences, dates, and budget Review available accommodations, property features, and reservation options Support clients with hotel booking and confirmation details Communicate important reservation information and updates clearly Assist with questions, modifications, and other reservation-related needs Research property locations, amenities, room options, and available services Maintain accurate client preferences and reservation records Provide timely follow-up throughout the planning and booking process Utilize online booking platforms and approved industry resources Follow established procedures for reservations and client documentation Deliver professional and courteous customer support Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Clear written and verbal communication Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to research and compare information online Comfortable learning new reservation platforms and systems Ability to manage multiple requests and follow through independently Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, or related fields is helpful but not required Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable computer and internet access What Is Provided Fully remote environment Flexible scheduling Training and ongoing educational resources Access to booking and reservation tools Hotel, resort, supplier, and destination resources Continued learning related to accommodations and vacation planning
