Hotel Sales Coordinator – Remote (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential clients (travel companies, tour operators, corporates, hospitals, etc.) via calls, and emails.

2. Generate B2B client relationships

3. Handle group & corporate booking inquiries, share options, negotiate rates, and close deals

4. Coordinate with hotels for availability, contracts, and execution

5. Manage and respond to leads from platforms like HotelPlanner and other channels

6. Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM

7. Identify new business opportunities and maintain a client database

8. Track daily sales activities and share updates on leads, conversions, and revenue

Other Requirements:

1. Must be comfortable working the night shift from 6:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST, Monday through Saturday, with a 1-hour break.

2. Must have a reliable remote work setup, including a laptop and high-speed internet connection.

3. Must have excellent English communication skills to interact confidently with clients in the United States.

4. Prior experience or knowledge of the hotel industry will be considered an added advantage.

Salary:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
