Key Competencies Painting Skills: Experience with interior and exterior painting, including prep work and finishing techniques. Physical Endurance: Ability to handle physical tasks like climbing ladders, lifting materials, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Attention to Detail: Deliver precision and high-quality craftsmanship with every stroke. Time Management: Keep a steady pace to complete your work on time and to standard. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices when painting. Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt and find solutions when issues arise on the job. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with others to ensure the best outcome for each project. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment. Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication with your team and clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed. Apply paint to residential properties, ensuring an even and smooth finish. Handle touch-ups and maintenance as needed. Ensure all work is done in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain organized and safe workspaces. Follow instructions and work closely with project managers to complete tasks. What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: Previous experience in house painting is preferred, but we’re willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for the craft.
