HR Administration Coordinator with French

The role is about providing administrative HR support to market including management of documentation in relation to the employee life-cycle, management of employment benefits, handling data in HR database and communication with employees on Belgian market. This is a fully remote position that can be done from anywhere in Poland. What You'll Do: Absence management in ADP ESS system. Employee’s queries management via ticketing tool. Review and respond to emails into the shared mailbox ensuring the relevant helpdesk is used for all Workday, benefits and payroll enquiries. Absence management in ADP ESS system. Organize and participate in regional new hire orientations ensuring all new hires receive necessary information and are directed to the global onboarding pages. Maintain employee files ensuring all necessary documentation is securely filed. Support on internal and external audits, take responsibility of quality of data and documentation What we're looking for: Exceptional problem-solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning Ability to deal with complex issues in collaboration with stakeholders Knowledge of Workday, HR systems preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong verbal and written communication in French (B1 as minimum Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities Exceptional time management, organisational, prioritisation and follow-up skills Flexibility and open mind when it comes to AI and technology usag Vendor management, efficiency in communication with benefit’s providers #AmexGBTJobs Location Poland The #TeamGBT Experience Work and life: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.
