What You'll Do (Your Impact) Support Talent Acquisition Efforts by coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and helping deliver a positive candidate experience. Create Exceptional Candidate Experiences by ensuring candidates feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Partner with Hiring Managers by providing responsive, high-quality administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Manage Recruiting Operations by executing job postings, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and recruitment workflows accurately and efficiently. Maintain Accurate HR Data by ensuring applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS records are complete, up to date, and compliant with internal processes. Support Onboarding & Employee Transitions by coordinating new hire activities and assisting with employee lifecycle processes. Strengthen Compliance & Recordkeeping by maintaining and auditing recruitment and HR records in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Contribute to Employee Engagement by supporting HR initiatives, projects, and programs that enhance employee experience and strengthen Summit's culture. Provide Operational Excellence through proactive communication, strong organization, and consistent follow-through on recruiting activities, projects, and deliverables. What You Bring Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative processes simultaneously. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment and professionalism. Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and business needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications , including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or recruitment technologies preferred. Previous experience supporting recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative operations preferred. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 10 pounds. Environmental/Working Conditions Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
