Description We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People team and partner closely with managers and employees across the organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, building strong relationships, and helping managers navigate people-related challenges in a fast-growing company. You'll support managers and employees on development, performance, engagement, and employee relations, while partnering with the People team on initiatives that help us scale. We take a coaching approach to HR — which means you'll focus on building lasting capability in managers rather than just solving problems for them. We're looking for someone who is practical, resourceful, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We also value innovation and are looking for someone curious about AI and automation and how technology can make HR more efficient. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in HR, with experience in an HRBP or similar generalist role. Hands-on experience with HiBob is required. Experience partnering with managers and employees across multiple functions. Strong knowledge of HR practices. Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with sound judgment and discretion. Comfortable working independently in a growing, evolving environment. Hands-on mindset with the ability to build and improve processes. Interest in AI, automation, and improving HR efficiency. How You’ll Make an Impact Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters, performance, development, and employee relations. Coach managers on effective people management and employee engagement. Support performance and talent processes, including reviews, feedback, and development. Partner with the People team on engagement initiatives and employee programs. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through AI, automation, and technology. Use people data and employee feedback to identify trends and opportunities. Work closely with our PEO and Finance to ensure smooth execution of payroll, benefits, compensation, and other HR processes. Support organizational changes and initiatives as Zafran continues to grow. Contribute to a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, and high performance. At Zafran, people matter!
