Będziesz odpowiadać za: The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor, responsible for talent management, leadership development, and driving organizational transformations within a global industrial setting. This role balances organizational culture and employee engagement with regulatory compliance and operational excellence across the HR lifecycle. Your responsibilities: • Building a strong business relationship with the internal key stakeholders, acting as consultant, sparring partner and coach • Delivering a high quality, professional and valued HR partnership based on a solid understanding of the business and business partnership model • Providing consultative support to management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change and people management issues • Organizing career interviews, talent reviews and succession planning, monitors the identified actions • Partnering with Business of Centres Services (BSC) and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to ensure delivery of these services • Supporting all organization transformations • Facilitating a good work culture, drives employee engagement and welfare • Ensuring legal compliance through HR Idealnie pasujesz jeśli: Our requirements: • Master degree • Proven HR BP experience supporting global business in an industrial environment > 5 years • Regular presence and visibility in the field is required (ready for business travels within Poland) • Knowledge and experience in all HR processes across the employment lifecycle • Previous experience in HR Transformation and Change Management programmes • Enthusiasm to manage various operational tasks and projects • Hands-on and “can-do” attitude • Ability to advise based on knowledge of Polish labor law • Knowledge of employment laws and practices • Languages: fluency in English • Relevant IT skills (Google Environment, G Sheets, G slides, etc) Optional: • Experience in Work Day system • Experience in Healthcare activities Nasza różnorodność tworzy naszą wydajność.
