HR Business Partner (Remote)

About the Company

Thales’ Human Resources team supports employees and managers across its Dutch organization, working across HR Business Partners, Shared Services, and specialized Centers of Excellence. The team supports multiple offices and focuses on continuous improvement, collaboration, and employee development.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll help manage organizational change, support cultural development, and translate HR objectives into practical solutions. You’ll act as a coach and sparring partner for managers and employees on staffing, diversity and inclusion, professional development, performance management, administrative matters, absenteeism, and employee transitions.

Qualifications

HBO/WO degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field

Approximately 5 years of experience as an HR Advisor

Experience working within a complex international matrix organization

Knowledge of HR tools and practices

Strong ability to balance the interests of managers, employees, and stakeholders

Flexible and agile mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented and proactive approach

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment

Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills

Good command of English and Dutch
