Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced HR professional to act as a trusted Business Partner to management and employees across our CEE operations. This role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on operational involvement, supporting the business through change, growth, and regional complexity. This role will interact with a wide range of stakeholders within our blue-collar and white-collar functions and will be an integral part of a wider EMEA HR team. How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities) Act as a strategic HR partner to line managers, advising on people decisions, organizational design, and workforce planning Support employee lifecycle processes across several CEE countries, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align HR practices with business needs Contribute to regional HR projects and process improvements Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development Be actively involved in HR administration and payroll-related processes, with a solid understanding of how these operations work Analyze large volumes of payroll and HR data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and flag potential risks Translate data into actionable insights on budget impact, forecasting implications for management Own accurate HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files, ensuring compliance with internal procedures What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities) Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with payroll and HR data Flexibility and willingness to learn Robust experience in an HRBP role, preferably with production/manufacturing experience.
