Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day HR operations of the company, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance tracking, and general administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work closely with employees and management. The HR Coordinator will play an important role in maintaining smooth HR processes, supporting employee-related matters, and ensuring that internal policies and procedures are properly followed. Key Responsibilities: - Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. - Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing required documents, coordinating first day arrangements, and ensuring a smooth employee integration. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, contracts, and HR documentation. - Track employee attendance, leaves, schedules, and related records, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up. - Support payroll preparation by collecting and organizing attendance, leave, and employee-related data. - Assist in preparing HR letters, employment certificates, warning letters, announcements, and other internal HR documents. - Coordinate with managers regarding staffing needs, employee updates, attendance issues, and HR-related requests. - Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and office-related HR activities. - Ensure employees are aware of company policies, procedures, and internal guidelines. - Handle employee inquiries in a professional, confidential, and timely manner. - Assist in maintaining compliance with internal company policies and applicable labor requirements. - Support management with general administrative tasks related to HR and office operations. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, administration, or a related role. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. - Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with employees at all levels. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn. - Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, or employee records management is a plus. Work Schedule and Environment: - Standard working hours, Monday to Friday, based on business needs. - The role is based in our Beirut office. - Flexibility may be required depending on recruitment needs, onboarding schedules, internal deadlines, or urgent HR matters. - The HR Coordinator will work closely with management and team leaders to support the company's growing operations.
