HR Executive

Role Description The HR Executive is a full-time, onsite hybrid role responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and supporting a distributed workforce. This role includes managing recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Executive will administer HR policies, support performance management activities, and handle employee relations issues in a timely, fair, and consistent manner. Daily tasks also involve coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations, and contributing to HR process improvements. The role partners with leadership to support team engagement, address HR inquiries, and promote a positive, inclusive work culture.

Timings: 2pm-10pm

Location: G-10/4 Islamabad

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience with core HR functions and frameworks.
• Practical experience in HR Operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR systems or HRIS tools.
• Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and ability to implement and communicate guidelines clearly.
• Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance discussions, and promoting an inclusive environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting remote or offshore teams and familiarity with US business practices is an advantage.
