Our common vision is to become the leading provider of smart, efficient and high-quality airport transfers, connecting passengers with all the main airport in Europe. For this reason, we are looking for a motivated team player who will contribute to making this vision come true.

If this sentence “IT ALWAYS SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE UNTIL IT IS DONE” is motivating you, then you should check out this opportunity:

WHY JOIN US?

A Modern working environment

  • 100% support of your initiative and enthusiasm
  • Team of like-minded people passionate about what they are doing and creating opportunities to make a difference
  • Plenty of challenges to solve and to demonstrate your expertise
  • Make an impact: Help shape our HR function and contribute to the Group’s growth.
  • International by nature: work in a truly multicultural environment, with 15+ nationalities represented at our head office.
  • Flexible working hours: we focus on results, not hours at your desk
  • Our office is in the south of Luxembourg, with a co-working space in Wasserbillig.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join us on this journey. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our HR approach across the Group, with responsibility across our active markets.

Your Mission

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers, from identifying staffing needs through to candidate selection.
  • HR Operations & Projects: Take ownership of HR processes and projects, supporting the implementation of policies, tools, and initiatives across the Group.
  • HR Reporting & Data: Monitor key HR metrics, including headcount, absenteeism, and turnover. Ensure data is accurate and reliable and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • HR Initiatives: Contribute to implementing HR initiatives aligned with the Group’s business objectives.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Own and support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and integration through career development, internal transitions, and offboarding.
  • Legal & Compliance Support: Support compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Personnel Administration & Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely HR administration Act as a key point of contact for HR-related questions and provide accurate monthly payroll information to the external payroll provider.

How You’ll Work

We trust our employees and value autonomy. You will work in a collaborative, impact-driven culture where everyone’s voice is heard and ideas matter more than hierarchy. You will take ownership of your work, suggest improvements, and be encouraged to share your ideas.

What Makes This Role Unique

You won’t be stepping into a role where everything is already defined. Working closely with the Head of HR, you’ll help develop and strengthen our HR approach across the Group, bringing your own ideas, optimising how we work, and turning them into meaningful change.

You’ll combine hands-on HR with real ownership and influence, while keeping data quality, scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency in mind. It’s an opportunity to build on what’s already there and help shape HR initiatives and ways of working that support both our people and the future growth of the business.

Who You Are

  • 5–10 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a multi-country or international environment.
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and familiarity with European mobility regulations.
  • Experience with payroll processes, ideally working with external payroll providers.
  • Fluent in English and French or German. Italian is a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and business-minded, with the ability to challenge the status quo, take ownership, and turn ideas into action. You listen with empathy, think critically, and understand how HR decisions connect to the wider business.
  • Comfortable working in a growing, international environment, where things evolve and there is room to shape how we do HR.
  • LOCATION

This position is based at our headquarters in Luxembourg with the possibility of working in a coworking space in Wasserbillig. We embrace a hybrid work model, offering flexibility between remote work and on-site collaboration.

Ready to take on this challenge and have a good time doing it? Let’s make great things happen together!

    See you soon,

    Arianna
