You will join the HR Operations team in Milano that is responsible of employee’s administration. How you'll make an impact - Support the team in HR administrative activities; - Processing HR requests related mainly to Employee Life-Cycle; - Support employees with their requests related to HR; - Managing interns and employees onboarding; - Support the team on time and attendance management; - Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background - A Master’s Degree in HR related subjects, Economics or Humanities; - Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, knowledge of Workday will be considered a plus; - Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Italian; - Willingness to learn and interest in HR; - A collaborative approach, proactivity and curiosity complete the profile.
