As an intern at TKH Airport Solutions you’ll get to experience loads of different HR tasks, providing you with as many opportunities as possible to develop yourself into an all-round HR professional! You will work closely with our HR Manager, taking on tasks such as: Assisting in the processing of various internal documents Conducting job interviews alongside the HR manager, and eventually, independently Helping write job descriptions and posting vacancies Support staff by answering questions about HR related topics Participate actively in recruitment activities, such as answering candidate questions, drafting communications, and having screening interviews Collaborating in reviewing contracts Organizing and monitoring employee training and development opportunities Keeping up our social media together with the marketing department Helping with all relevant matters in an HRM department This isn’t an internship where you’ll sit on the sidelines, but where you’ll be actively contributing, sharing your ideas, and developing skills that will support your future HR career. A full time student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Someone who is excited to learn about HR and passionate about making a difference in the workplace. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good English language proficiency Detail-oriented, organized and proactive. A real team player with a positive mindset. Someone that is self-sufficient and independent. What do we offer?
