Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Lead to oversee full-lifecycle talent acquisition, core HR operations, and employment-based immigration processes. In this role, you will drive strategic hiring initiatives, ensure strict labor compliance, and manage our end-to-end US immigration pipeline, with a heavy focus on H-1B transfers, extensions, and visa maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across technical and non-technical roles, managing everything from sourcing and candidate screening to offer negotiation and closing.
• Immigration & Visa Management: Direct all US immigration workflows, specifically managing H-1B transfers, cap filings, extensions, RFE responses, and Green Card (PERM) processing in coordination with external legal counsel.
• HR Process Optimization: Design, implement, and streamline core HR operations, including onboarding, performance management frameworks, employee offboarding, and HRIS data integrity.
• Compliance & Auditing: Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations. Oversee I-9 verification compliance, Public Access Files (PAF), E-Verify protocols, and wage parity requirements (LCA compliance).
• Stakeholder Advisory: Partner with hiring managers, legal teams, and executive leadership to align hiring velocity with workforce planning and visa processing timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8+ years leading technical recruiting and hands-on US business immigration workflows.
• Talent Acquisition: Strong hands on experience with recruitment, managing relationships with consultants, client and candidate coordination etc
• Immigration Expertise: Proven, in-depth track record handling H-1B transfers, cap-subject filings, amendments, OPT/CPT to H-1B transitions, and PAF maintenance.
• Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of US labor laws, FLSA, EEOC, Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, and USCIS filing requirements.
