Core Job Functions: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Provide strategic direction and leadership for all HR functions, aligning initiatives with the firm’s goals to support growth, innovation, and employee engagement. Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs that attract and retain top talent while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Ensure the firm’s HR policies and procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop and revise policies as needed to reflect the evolving legal landscape and organizational needs. Utilize HR analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Manage the HR department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while achieving strategic HR objectives. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial accountability across all HR functions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred . A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Professional HR certification(s) such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is strongly preferred . Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices. Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with senior leadership, department managers, and employees at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software and tools. An acceptable equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience.
