Our commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement drives us to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. We value our employees' contributions and invest in their professional development to ensure mutual success. As we expand our global footprint, especially in the U.S. market, we are committed to building a diverse and skilled workforce that aligns with our strategic objectives.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our expanding U.S. operations from India. This strategic HR role is crucial in managing recruiting, employee relations, HR compliance, policy implementation, and supporting a U.S.-based workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of U.S. employment practices, labor laws, and HR processes, with the ability to research and interpret federal and state regulations as needed. This position offers a long-term remote working arrangement, allowing you to work closely with our leadership team during U.S. business hours. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment for our U.S. employees.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in supporting U.S.-based companies with HR functions. A strong understanding of the employment lifecycle, labor laws, and compliance requirements is essential. Prior experience with full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes is required. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment platforms is highly desirable. Certifications such as SHRM or HRCI will be considered an advantage. A background in developing HR policies, managing employee engagement, and maintaining accurate HR documentation is also important. Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and the capacity to research and interpret legal requirements will be critical to success in this role. A valid U.S. visa and the ability to travel to the United States are preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

The HR Manager will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate assessments. Preparing offer letters and facilitating onboarding processes will be key tasks, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation is vital for compliance and organizational efficiency. The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with U.S. employment standards. Supporting employee relations by addressing concerns professionally, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment is essential. The HR Manager will also research U.S. labor laws and employment regulations to ensure all practices remain compliant. Coordinating performance reviews, probation evaluations, and employee development initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, working closely with management on organizational planning, and supporting payroll and HR administration are also critical. Additionally, you will support employee engagement initiatives, contribute to company culture development, and prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions.
